Sheet Straightener (CR/HR/SS COILS)

Sheet  Straightener is offered with pinch roller sets and different straightening rollers supported on needle bearings are what we are mostly engaged in. This has a controllable roller to maintain parallelism, and the loop control system turns the motor on and off automatically to achieve the needed stock progress per minute. Sheet Straightener is constructed to provide straightened stock to the press for high-quality final goods. Additionally, a variable drive is available to match the straighteners' feed to the press's feed.

• Driven by A/C gear motor with loop control facility.
• Main parts are made of alloy steels.
• Jaw Expansion- Manually or Hydraulic.

• Snubber is provided for pressing the coil O.D.
• Coil Car Carrier is provided for loading of the coils on de-coiler.
